Theme defaults

Manage which editor themes are free (all plans can apply) vs premium (requires the PREMIUM_EDITOR_THEMES plan feature). Account default themes are still edited on the theme service admin UI.

Click a preview or theme name to browse all layout slides. Table thumbnails show the first layout. Free themes can be applied by any plan. Premium themes require PREMIUM_EDITOR_THEMES to apply.
